Payment Terms

Payment for online marketing services is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified in our quote, other agreement or on the invoice itself. Internet Updaters accepts all major credit cards, including: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Additionally, we accept ACH paperless bank checks, physical paper bank checks and of course Paypal payments.

Billing Terms

Billing cycles and rates are determined by the initial contract of service. Projects and support outside of any written contract are billed in 15 minute increments at an hourly rate of $125/hour.

Service Hours

Our tech support, website assistance, sales and client support teams are available to help your business Monday through Friday, 9:00 am — 5:00 pm eastern standard time (EST). We are also available on weekends, by appointment or via text message, and closed all major holidays.

Technical Support

Error codes, broken functions, WordPress training, login issues, passwords and email access.

Content Management

Data entry, specials and seasonal information updates, basic graphic creation and manipulation.

Design & Functionality

Custom programming, new website functionality, and additional sites or landing pages.

Service Hours

The time spent resolving issues are billed at our hourly rate. Internet Updaters recognizes the importance of resolving any technical issues quickly and efficiently as possible. Your designated account manager(s) may need to discuss and research issues with other team members. It is important to know, encountering irregularities and managing unexpected consequences are inherent to problem-solving and our troubleshooting services.
